Email signatures
Create reusable signatures and email templates under Settings → Email signatures, so messages your team sends from Dynition stay consistent and on-brand. You can also set your personal signature from your Profile page.
Email screening
Screening decides which messages reach your inbox. Under Settings → Email filter you can turn screening on and maintain a deny list to block specific senders or domains, so unknown or unwanted email stays out of your queue.
Tune as you go
Start with screening on and a short deny list, then adjust once you see what's coming in. That's easier than trying to predict every rule up front.
