The inbox
The inbox is where everything inbound arrives, the emails and messages your buyers send, and where Dynition turns them into action. Instead of digging through a shared mailbox, your team works from one queue.
What shows up
- Emails from buyers, including purchase orders sent as attachments.
- Messages and related activity tied to a company or contact.
- The work Dynition has already done on each item, what it extracted, matched, or flagged.
Working the inbox
Open an item to see the full thread and the details Dynition pulled from it. From there you can act on it. A PO attachment, for example, becomes a purchase order you can review.
Connect your email
To pull buyer emails in automatically, connect Gmail or Outlook under Settings → Connections. Once connected, new messages flow into the inbox without forwarding.
