The review queue

When Dynition can't match what's on a purchase order to the data you already have, it flags the PO as needing a review instead of guessing. The review queue is where those flagged POs wait for you to step in.

What lands here

A PO is flagged when Dynition can't confidently match it against your records, for example a buyer it can't place, an address it hasn't seen before, or a product it can't resolve to your catalog.

Working an item

Open a flagged PO to see what couldn't be matched, then supply or confirm the missing piece, such as the right buyer company, address, or product. Once it's resolved, the PO continues on its way.
