Connections & integrations

Connections are how Dynition talks to the rest of your stack: your stores and marketplaces, so orders sync, and your email, so buyer messages flow in. Manage them under Settings → Connections.

What you can connect

• Stores & marketplaces such as Shopify and BigCommerce. Connecting one syncs products and orders so Dynition can match POs and create finished orders.
• Email (Gmail or Outlook), so buyer emails land in your inbox automatically.

Connecting and managing

Open a connection to configure its credentials, check its status and last sync time, or disconnect it. Each integration shows whether it's active, pending setup, or in an error state.
